時間到了一億年前，一尊巨大的西方神靈飛到了太陽系。

耶和華的層次比摩西、耶穌、老子、釋迦牟尼（他們都在如來層次）還要高，是更高層次的神。他此行的目的是來重造地球。此時太陽系中漂著許多地球爆炸後留下的塵埃和碎塊，那些碎塊有的很小，有的象一塊大石頭，有的有幾平方公里，最大的甚至達到上百平方公里。耶和華運用神通把這些宇宙的塵埃碎塊聚合在一起。原先的地球能源已經消耗殆盡，再造地球時必須在地殼內埋入新的能源，新的人類才能生存發展。於是，耶和華又用神通從宇宙中搬來了不少能源礦產，一起組合在新的地球裡。

此時，宇宙中不同天界，不同層次上的佛道神都在看著。極高層次上一位佛主流下了一滴慈悲的眼淚，這滴眼淚穿越時空，落到了地球表面，又流到地表低處成為大海。於是，地球表面廣闊的大海形成了。原來東方佛教傳說中佛主「滴淚成海」的故事是真的。你如果取人的眼淚和海水一起進行化驗，你會發現，人的眼淚和海水的化學成份是非常相似的。

神來看一看地球上哪個地方好，哪塊土地或者山峰是從前自己在上界見過的，後來那個地方解體之後，被弄到這個地方來了。當時的天空中，真是霞光萬道瑞彩千條，什麼樣的神都有。
